1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver all our products across India.

All orders placed on Ayusra.com are shipped to serviceable PIN codes using our trusted courier partners.

2. Shipping Time & Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote Areas: For locations in remote or non-serviceable regions, delivery may take a few extra days.

3. Shipping Charges

We do not charge any shipping fee.

Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders, regardless of the order value or location within India.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.

You can use this information to track your shipment on the courier’s website or in the “My Orders” section of Ayusra.com.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, certain factors like weather conditions, lockdowns, courier delays, or regional restrictions may occasionally cause delays.

We’ll keep you updated in such situations.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If a courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts:

  • The parcel may be returned to our warehouse
  • Our support team will contact you to attempt redelivery

7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • Or if any item is missing

Please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photo/video proof for resolution.
