Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Ayusra.com, owned by AV Herballyfe. We’re committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure a clear and fair experience when it comes to returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team via email or phone.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) may be cancelled prior to shipping only.

2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or tampered
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Item missing from the package

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence (photo/video) of the damage or issue must be emailed to avherbalyfe@gmail.com for verification.

Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund, based on stock availability and your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not returnable:

  • Opened, used, or tampered health supplements
  • Products without original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
  • In case of prepaid orders, if refund to source fails, you will be asked for an alternative bank account.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free across India.
  • In case of return due to company error (damaged/incorrect/missing items), we will bear the reverse logistics costs.
